Do You Really Need A Flagship Smartphone????....

Smartphones has become our  inseparable part of life today. They are becoming popular day-by-day. Once there was a time, when people's use their phones only just for talking. Since technology became advanced, we saw a major growth in phones in late 2004. When the companies like Nokia launches their phones running on a new and most antique os 'symbian' the real game started. They was  not the phones they was the smartphones which can perform many functions like talking, watching videos, listening music and support the hardwares like cameras and playing games etc.

There was a huge development in mobile phone technology and that era had ended the life of landlines from many homes. People was crazy for buying them. But soon after the launch of android in 2006 all game has changed. Since the android is an open source and free os and can easily be customized, all the game changed. Major global smartphone making Companies like HTC,Motorola, LG, Samsung Sony started to make android phones  at at huge level. The global war has started and it changed the future of smartphones beyond  the limits. The price variation also becomes huge.

For today the criteria for defining a  smartphone has been changed at a huge rate.
Today we use our smartphones more than our PC's, TV's, ipad, ipod, cameras, tablets, notebooks and laptops.

There is a huge price difference in flagship devices and it can goes upto 1lakh ($1546) like iPhone x and of course you can buy cheapest smartphones in 2000INR ($30.912)

But what is the main criteria that separates  flagships from a normal smartphone???...
• Is that a processor?
• Is that a memory and ram?
• Is that a design and built quality?
• Is that a camera?
• Is that a battery?
• Is that software updates?
• Is that price?
                Or
• Is that a screen?

Basically I think there are two main criteria that differs a flagship from a mid range or lower end smartphone and that is :-
Camera and screen.
Yes, because we see in many flagship devices that the camera  and screen quality is superior compared to mid range devices.
As we know that now-a-days many mid range smartphones offers a good processors, memory or ram, excellent design and built quality and batteries even better than flagships at a very low price but they fails in two most  demanding categories that is :-
Camera and screen.
The flagships offers a way beyond displays and much excellent cameras than mid range ones. They also have great design and built quality and also have more functions like nfc, usb 3.0,wireless and fast charging and many other different software functions like multiwindow, etc.

Flagships are great but they are much expensive as well. Buying a smartphone mostly depends on your need and bucks. Of course in most cases they offer a great screen qualities, built and design, cameras, software updates and functionalities. But due to the huge competition today the margin between the flagships and mid ranged become small, not much! But adequete.

So basically I think if you want a smartphone with superior design and built, way beyond camera, and jaw dropping screen quality then flagships are the best choice but if you want an adequete smartphone with overall best performance and if you don't mind much about camera and screen and if you are happy with os updates and functionalities then just stop thinking close your eyes and buy a midrange of your choice.
